Dessert Nachos

This snack (dessert nachos) is a healthier alternative for when you have a sweet tooth and want to serve a lighter dessert rather than rich, high in sugar options.

Dessert Nachos

2-3 apples sliced thinly

1/4 cup crushed walnuts or pecans

1/4 cup natural peanut butter warmed until you can pour it easily

1/4 cup dark chocolate mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut



Slice apples thinly and arrange them on a plate so as much surface from each apple is exposed as possible

Warm peanut butter and drizzle it over apples

Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over top of the apples and peanut butter
