How do I make cashew milk?

Place raw cashews in a bowl and cover with cold water.
Allow to soak for at least one hour up to overnight, then drain and rinse.
Combine soaked cashews and filtered water in a blender.
For a whole milk texture, use 3 cups of water to 3/4 cup cashews.

Ingredients for Irresistible Iced Coffee:

  • 1 cup organic coffee (or Dandy Blend) prepared.
  • Unsweetened cashew milk. Store bought or homemade. ( up to 1/2 cup)
  • Splash of organic vanilla extract.
  • Handful of ice.

Directions:

Shake and enjoy.

Serves 1!
