Ingredients for Crimson Cherry Delight:
- 1/2 cup cherries (I used organic frozen ones)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (I used Lakewood Organic)
- 3 tbsp Omega Nutrition Pumpkin Seed protein powder
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup water
