Green Cream Dream Smoothie

Trust me when I say this smoothie is more a meal than a light snack; it’s mucho mucho hearty! The green avocado, nuts and coconut provide a ton of heart-healthy omega 3 fatty acids, the vibrant green from kale help to give the body that added detoxification boost it needs to clean and clear the toxins.

Green food is so so important for good functioning of our bodies. Make sure to include green foods in every meal- and feel free to sub out the kale for another green veggie like spinach.

This smoothie isn’t very sweet, so if you feel like you need it, blend in 3-4 dried dates which is provide a low glycemix added punch for your taste buds.

• 1/2 cup almond milk (or cashew, coconut or rice milk-unsweetened)
• 2 cups or about 2 large kale leaves, stem removed
• 7 walnut halves walnuts
• 1/4 an avocado
• 1 banana, frozen
• 1 serving protein powder of your choice- I use Fermented Vegan Proteins +
• 1 tbsp unsweetened dried, shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup or more water to desired thickness and or ice


Blend all ingredients (I use my Vitamix) well until a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
