Anti inflammatory Buster (smoothie)
This smoothie has a bit of bite, so feel free to add as little or as much of the spices as you would like.
A smoothie recipe perfect for those suffering from any inflammatory problems like arthritis, CVD, diabetes etc.
1.5 cups water
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango or papaya
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1 tsp flax seeds
1/2 tsp raw honey
